The process of purchasing a rug from LivingDNA was so smooth and fuss free. From shortlisting, home trial, and finalising the rug, took a mere 2 days, as the rug i was keen on was in stock. Liasing through whatsapp was also easy, where pictures, details, and suggestions were also provided to me.
