How Home Trial Service Works:
- Consult with our specialists to decide on the products to try. We know our products well so we can help you decide the right size, material & design
- Once the selection is made, our specialist will help you book the trial
- You will only need to pay the Home Trial service fee at this time, based on the products selected (refer price list below)
Are there any obligations? What happens to the service fee?
- No obligations at all! If you don't purchase from the trial, there are no further charges or fees.
- If you do purchase a rug, we will waive the trial fee of the rug you purchased, making this service effectively free! (Applies to every product purchased above $500. Offer is exclusive & cannot be combined with other promotions)
