How Home Trial Service Works: 

  • Consult with our specialists to decide on the products to try. We know our products well so we can help you decide the right size, material & design  
  • Once the selection is made, our specialist will help you book the trial
  • You will only need to pay the Home Trial service fee at this time, based on the products selected (refer price list below)   


Are there any obligations? What happens to the service fee?

  • No obligations at all! If you don't purchase from the trial, there are no further charges or fees.

The Living DNA trial service was fantastic, unexpected but so appreciated. I ordered the Alchemy rug in 'cloud'. Delivery was speedy, and their aftercare support was genuinely helpful, walking me through stain treatment without selling me a full professional clean. Fantastic experience. I was recommended by a friend, so I went to the store to check out the rugs. Absolutely beautiful rugs and fantastic quality. For the first time, there were many options I loved. Then I used their trial service, which I have never seen. You pay a fee to have them bring a few rugs to your house and you can s e which ones you like best! What a great idea!

Home trial is helping to chose on site.
Only regret is that for the luxury high end price of each rug - that certainly offer to Living DNA a confortable margin - one cannot fully deduct the full home trial of final rug invoice.

While online shopping is a more convenient option, we’d recommend anyone looking to spruce up their place to head down to their showroom instead. It was a unique experience, receiving an informative session on different types of carpet that impacted its texture and fluff longevity, and having a feel of it for yourself and understanding your own preference.

One thing I’d recommend is their home trial service. There’s a difference when it’s placed in your home vs the store (lighting, current furniture etc) and seeing it in a live setting will allow you to make an informed decision before committing to a splurge. It’s almost similar to having a personal showcase when they come over and unroll all the carpets for your choosing.

We’re quite pleased with how personalized the whole affair was and the support available from pre to post. We’re definitely happy so far and would look forward to getting another in the future.
