Our stylist will measure your space to suggest the most suitable size and design that harmonises with your existing furniture & decor, with advice tailored to achieve the look and feel you desire & your lifestyle.

In addition to that, we go above and beyond by bringing samples and an exquisite array of colour poms, allowing you the chance to feel different materials and select or even customise your dream rug or carpet right at home.

*Each consultation is offered at a per room rate. This fee can effectively be offset from your rug purchase with a spend of $2000 and above. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions.

Purchased Living DNA's Hale jute rug in late 2023. We really loved the service of trying out different rugs before purchasing. Being able to try out rugs in our home setting made all the difference. Almost two years later I still love the look of the rug and how it ties our living room together. I do have to agree with some other reviewers that their rugs sheds more than other rugs. I vacuum frequently and still get a lot of fibers each time. I have recently solicited their rug cleaning service, so hopefully we can see an improvement afterwards.

Thank you too for bringing the shedding issue to our notice. As we have promptly shared on chat, for any vacuums using roller brush or any bristles, they need to be removed before using on any rug. This is also mentioned in most manuals of vacuums. None of Living DNA rugs should shed more than a few weeks of use. All our rugs are made with high grade yarns precisely chosen to give you that comfort and yet a low to no shedding experience.

P.S. We hope the furry one is enjoying the rug as much!

Great Experience with Home Trial

Wanted a classic minimalistic and comfortable piece of carpet for our home and found it here. My little girl, who is really sensitive about carpet textures, loves the feel of this alchemy tencel rug.
