The Mayfair abstract cream rug ticked all the boxes for me : soft muted creamy sheen and design to set off the dark pieces, soft under the feet, cat friendly and easy to maintain for my busy lifestyle. Thanks to the warm and professional advice and patience from Fe and Denise that guided the right choice and follow-up care of the carpet. Delivery and installation was on time and professionally done too. Very happy with purchase and experience. Recommended .
The Tundra Beige Rug has been a lovely addition to our living room. Made from Tencel, it feels soft, silky and luxurious underfoot, and pairs wonderfully with our striped sofa, rattan accents, and armchairs. The neutral tones blend in effortlessly and help tie the whole space together.
Being a handmade rug, it has a unique character and quality you can really feel. There was some light shedding in the first week, which I understand is normal for brand new rugs but the Living DNA team was incredibly responsive and helpful. They advised us to use the correct vacuum attachment, and once we did, the shedding gradually reduced and stopped completely after about 2 to 2.5 weeks.
Now that the rug has settled in, it looks and feels fantastic. It is a stylish, high quality piece that brings both comfort and character to the room. We are really happy with it.

Beautiful two rugs and excellent service.The trial service before purchase a year ago was most helpful. See, it still looks amazing one year into use. Now sending back to clean so the rug can last.
Had a really good experience at the shop! Jane was super helpful and took her time with us — never rushed anything. We were new to buying carpet but she patiently walked us through all the different carpet options, explained the pros and cons, and even gave us some great ideas on what would work best for our space. She showed us so many styles and colors, and made sure we felt confident in our choice. Thanks to her, we ended up with a carpet that fits perfectly in our home.
