Absolutely love our new carpet from Living DNA.
It was my very first time investing in a carpet for our home, and honestly, I always had the misconception that carpets would trap a lot of dust and dirt. However, Denise patiently explained the difference between handcrafted rugs and regular carpets, including the proper care, quality, and assurance behind handmade pieces.
The moment we placed it in our living room, the entire space instantly felt warmer, softer, and more luxurious. The texture feels incredibly smooth and cooling under the feet — such a comforting feeling every time we walk across it. The craftsmanship and finishing truly elevate the whole atmosphere of the home. Sitting on it makes gatherings closer.
We chose Alchemy and it is a great choice. Simplest but one of their most well-made designs since it's handwoven in a loom. It’s 100% Tencel.
Yes, it is definitely an investment piece, but after experiencing the quality and comfort firsthand, I can genuinely say it is worth every cent. Fully convinced, and I absolutely love my rug. ✨
Thanks Denise and her team ❤️
Really happy with my rugs from Living DNA Rug. The quality is beautiful and you can really see the craftsmanship in every piece. The rugs are durable, well-made, and have held up very well over time. Service was also excellent — friendly, responsive, and smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality rugs that are both beautiful and lasting.
We’re very happy with our rug purchase from LivingDNA. The team was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process — from the initial purchase to the after-sales service. Their excellent customer support made the overall experience smooth and pleasant.

I bought a beautiful Tencel Rug in silver.. to pair with my cinnamon coloured Sofa. We took out during festive occasions. Tencel rugs are delicate to care for. We appreciate the sales associate guided us in caring for it. Years later, when we accidentally spilled coffee. They promptly aided us for cleaning services that suits its care.

Did a last-minute carpet shopping for Raya, and it was quite stressful. Throughout the process, Jane was incredibly patient and supportive, walking me through the different color options and choosing the right size that best fits the interior space of my house. I was feeling very unsure between a 2x3m Matcha rug and the Alchemy Terra, but Jane offered thoughtful suggestions. Not to mention, the delivery was smooth and they also provided follow-up care instructions, which was very reassuring.
I was looking for a company that is able to help us make a few bespoke rugs in the size that will suit our living areas as I couldn't find it off the shelves or online. Coincidentally, LivingDNA came up on my search and they were also used by one of the Interior Designers that I follow on IG. We engage their home consultation service. After consultation, we picked two customisable tencel rug designs, the Abstract Mayfair (blue/grey) and re-select a second rug at their lovely Keong Saik showroom, the Gradient rug (blue fade to beige). They work on the design in the colour scheme that was picked by the consultant. Digital design was first sent, after a few reviews, the first rug was made. It took about a month for this rug to be made. We were happy with the result of the Abstract Mayfair. Except for the strange feeling that is left on our feet every time we walk on it, like there's a chemical coating on it. That lost a star for the review. Something worth noting is that due to the nature of tencel rug fibres, the pattern can only be visible in one direction. This wasn't clearly communicated to us by the consultants, they only said the rug will appear light and dark when the fibres are in different directions like how velvet behaves. We originally wanted to place the rug in a certain direction but we couldn't see the pattern, we had to turn the rug 180degrees for the pattern to be visible. Luckily due to the asymmetric design of the pattern, it still works with our furniture placement. Otherwise it would be a total disaster with the nice colour and pattern hidden under our sofa and not be seen. Our second rug was the gradient rug. Designer Fie helped us pick out the colours to match our existing furniture. He showed us a rug sample for approval before the full size rug was made. This rug took close to two months to arrive. It was a hand tufted tencel rug but had a totally different feel compare to the Mayfair rug which is hand-loomed. Note that we had to turn this rug 180 degrees as well instead of our original intention. The Mayfair rug feels flat compared to the gradient rug which feels softer and more plush under foot. After a few months of use, we op to add in an underlay for the Mayfair rug because we preferred a slightly plusher feel underfoot. Overall the rugs are not cheap considering it's not wool, however we like their service and can see the good workmanship, we will reserve a star to observe the wear and tear after regular use. We appreciate that they also send care instructions of how to care for the rug. Happy with the final result we wanted to create for our spaces. Thanks LivingDNA team!

Wonderful shopping experience at Living DNA.
Was really delightful to work with Fie! He was very patient and sincere throughout as it took me 2-3 visits before I could decide the exact piece to get. Thanks bro!
Absolutely love this rug. It instantly elevates the room and gives it that hotel feel, while still keeping the warmth and personality of home. The texture underfoot is incredible, soft and indulgent without feeling delicate. The border detail is beautifully done and really shows the level of thought that’s gone into the design. The installation team were just as impressive, patient and meticulous until everything was perfectly in place. My second LivingDNA rug and definitely won’t be my last.
